After the motherboard of my Anet A8 died, I decided to upgrade to a Arduino Mega+Ramps 1.4 system. The new boards I bought from Amazon came with a snazzy new LCD panel (https://amzn.to/2OV5lYz). I wanted to keep the panel where my old LCD was and keep my Bowden setup next to the LCD as well, as I like my top loading spool holder, so I just added the two parts together. Thanks to MasterFX and Stuffstufffstuff for their original parts.
