As with the Y-Belt tensioner from freemark I replaced the metal screws with 3D printed ones so you don't need screwdriver for adjusting your x belt. I also shortened the pillars by 1cm as I dont see the reason for them to be that long. TO AVOID Z RODS BENDING push X rods all the way to the left so the screws on tensioner act against these rods. Printing one screw at a time is recommended as you get better quality. You might want to upscale the screws by 6% in x and y axis to get perfect tight fit. Cheers!
