UPDATE This now includes 3 different versions. The original, V2 and V3. V3 is taller and wider than the original, and V2 has dimensions somewhere between the original and V3. V3 and V2 make it easier to install the wiper blade. V2 is called 'slighly taller - slightly wider'. The height and width of this THING really depends of how compressed you make the springs on the heated bed, which will obviously change the beds height. I've also added a couple of lines of g-code. DESCRIPTION So I've been thinking of creating a way of reliably cleaning my extruder's nozzle for sometime. Well this works well for me. It used the rubber part from a car window screen wiper. I've looked at 3 different types (cheap ones), and they all seem to have the same profile, so hopefully yours will fit. https://youtu.be/Y2JuGVRIpto Slide the rubber into the tapered end of the 3D printed part. Attach the part to the lower section (non-heated) of your heated bed, just by pushing it on (no screws required!). Your G-Code may need some adjustment, but the code below just moved the head to the front of the wiper, moves back slowly to clean it, lifts up, and moves to do it again. It does this 3 times, then just moves away to continue as normal.
