Anet A8 Nut Cap Round Corners

Updated August, 17th 2019 - I created a new version with rounded corners and flexible wall to fit more easily in the nut. - Check the file "anet_a8_front_nut_cap_rounded_flex.stl" This part was made to cover the M8 nut of the Anet A8 printer. It fits perfectly on the nut. I printed using 0.2mm and adaptive layers using Ultimaker Cura. I tried another project I found here but it did not fit and I decided to build my own. One of the pieces is 9mm long to cover the nut and part of the bolt which in my case was projected out. If you need the cover only for the nut, print the 6mm version. Important update!!! June 26, 2018 Depending on the material, you can rescale to 98% in your slice software to achieve a very tight print. I've used that scale to print using PETG and the results were very good.
