The Micro SD card slot in the top of the Anet A8 Plus motherboard is annoyingly small and may one day break. This dock is a place to put a Micro SD card to SD card extender adapter. I used the following extender cable. I think many of them have the same size/format so should be OK with this design: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B06XX5GZTG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 It affixes to the frame with an M4 x 8 or M4 x 10 countersink screw and the usual T-Nut.
