I printed out a bunch of fan holders for 80mm fans for the Anet A8 power supply. After printing about 4 different designs, and editing a much more, and printing them out with varying degrees of success,, this fan designhttp://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2012944 made byhttp://www.thingiverse.com/alexan9er/about This did a good job of securing the fan through the use of zip ties on the power supply's mesh. To attach this best, I took off the 2 power supply screws that hold the cover on, and then attached the housing to the mesh through the back. I had 80mm fans that I wanted to use so I scaled the thing back to make them fit, and I attached the fans to the housing with computer fan screws I had left around. I also edited it to have HEX holes to match the rest of the stuff I have printed. I think that the A8 power supply should be less likely to blow up with a fan. After I added a fan the heat sink became noticeably cooler. Here is a power supply cover that works with this holderhttp://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2276593 Print Settings Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: .2 Infill: 20+ Notes: This should be printed hex mesh down, and you would probably get a more attractive finish if you printed it on glass.
