This is a model of the Anet A8 PSU as shipped with the one I received in Jan 2017. It can be used to check the positioning of holes when you're designing an enclosure that the PSU needs to be screwed in to. Whilst this could be printed there is no useful purpose that I can see to doing so! If I ever see any makes of it I will be concerned for that person's sanity.
