ANET A8 - Ramps 1.4 support for makerbot switch in parallel with inductive sensor on Z-min.

Remix from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1776429 by Meermeneer I changed the stock Anet 1v5 motherboard to a a RAMPS 1.4, i was need some modifications, so, a simply remix to mount a Makerbot switch on Anet A8, also permit, like the original work, mount a stock switch. I have an inductive sensor mounted, but I wanted to have a backup switch in parallel, in case detection fails. <b>I had to find a solution, so it would not short circuit</b>, but now, both are connected in parallel in Z-min, and working perfectly. To do this, cut or desolder the NC pin from makerbot switch. By the way, the cables are messy because I have not finished making modifications to the printer yet.
