First: Thanks go to Luke_O for coming up with this concept. Second: I believe that this system is heading in the right direction, but it has some issues that need to be addressed. Perhaps we can work together to improve it. I've used two of these systems on my Anet printer, but mounting them and tightening the belt isn't straightforward. Next, we should focus on improving the belt-tightening process. To increase the assembly's strength, I've made some attempts at modification. The order of assembly is identical to the original design (the instructions are a direct copy): 1. Place the tensioner bolt in the slide before attaching the belt. 2. When attaching the belt, ensure that the "heads" of the zip ties face the extruder (as shown in the picture). If not, they will come into contact with the rest of the printer.
