Created my own tensioner for metal M8 Bolts based on the design of Kotze101: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2254340 I've printed mine in PETG with 30% infill, without supports. Printing position is vertical (check photos). You can use the knobs I've designed for these bolts or choose others from Thingiverse. Printed parts: 1 x tensioner 2 x knobs Materials needed: 2x 35mm M8 screws (hex bolts) - any length over 30mm should be ok. 1 x M3 screw 20mm long 1 x M3 nut The tensioner is really strong (I added a chamfer at the bottom of the towers so they have better resistance to tightening and they don't crack). Be careful when tightening the M3 screw for the idler (don't over do it because it's not really necessary).
