After one month of use we started to get misalignment of the layers in the Y direction. The issue was caused by the Y belt loosening. This was in part caused by incorrect alignment of the Y belt. We had assembled the heat bed 'H' plate according to the instructions and Youtube videos. A friend pointed out that the correct way to assemble the 'H' plate was up the other way. This must be the way the designer intended it as this gives perfect Y belt alignment. As we now needed to re-tension the belt we constructed an adjustable tensioner.
