Here's how it works: check out this video https://youtu.be/ykomEH8qDwQ. This solution tackles the z axis calibration issue head-on. To fix it, you'll need to disconnect one of the z-axis motors. The belt tensioner and reduction in link can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3008207 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3009109 You'll need the following parts: * 3 pieces of 8mm hole material, available at https://tinyurl.com/y923tn3e * 1 piece at https://tinyurl.com/y2kkf2gm Assemble everything with superglue and attach a bearing (8 x 16 mm, 3 pieces). Use a GT2 closed loop rubber belt (2GT length 810mm) - the tensioner isn't necessary. Finally, secure it all with 2 screws (3mm x 15mm) and 1 screw (4 x 40mm).
