Anet AMK8 remix to use prusa mk3s parts

i remixed the latest Prusa MK3s parts to work with the am8 design. also using a prusa mk52 bed. i call it the AMK8. supplied the fusion360 files, as well as the step files. the x carrage was increased 1mm between x rods. the z motor mounts have the smooth rod moved closer to the threaded rod bore to fit the prusa x-ends. adjusted moved the y motor mount, belt idler and tensioners to fit the prusa heatbed. this is a work in progress. edit: added file: YROD HOLDER AMK8 with back offset.stl.....limits how far the bed can move back towards the motor, and serves as sensorless homing endstop. -changes some file names, updated tft43 screen mount. used parts of models from these designs: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4178177 by JuanPuchol https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2931753 by clanzotti and of course https://github.com/prusa3d/Original-Prusa-i3 by joseph prusa.
