Anet E10 / CR-10 / CR-10 clone control box display cover

As many of us have our 3D printers (Anet E10) in our bedrooms, and I am no exception. Mine usually runs through the night, so after replacing all the fans with ultra-quiet ones and adding motor dampeners, it was time to shield the display while printing. So, I designed a simple and compact cover for the control box display. Watch the video below to see how it works. This sliding cover is designed to stay upright when open and will never topple over. The tolerances are very precise on purpose (0.2mm). My printer can print such small details easily, but more importantly, I wanted a tight fit to prevent light from seeping through. When gluing the frame to the control box using superglue or double-sided tape, make sure the lid is already mounted in place.
