Modifying my Y axis belt tensioner wasn't bad. But the ball bearings in the deflection roller broke extremely often. Another, better solution had to be found. This solution appears to be promising. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2940114 I found the screw as well as the knob very nice designed but not very useful. The base frame is perfect. I also had problems with the thread. The Knob didn't fit the screw. Perhaps this is a problem of my 3d printer. And how should I know the length of the screw? This all was the reason, to redesign this thing. You need the base frame from the original thing file. The screw and knob do not fit the screw and knob from the original file. To fix the deflection roller you only need a screw M3 or M5 x 25mm. It is important to choose the right screw to the deflection roller. To modify the openSCAD file it is necesarry to download the screws and nuts library. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3131126
