The screen on these boards ships relying on tension from the solder joints to the LCD between the boards to prevent rattling. At some point after reassembling the printer it developed an irritating rattling. These spacers prevent the rear of the LCD board from knocking against the backing board. The base is tiny, print slow and use a brim. May need some Z scaling to match the solder joint on your display. Incidentally a decent test for over-extrusion, as the print will be knocked aside and fail. Don't install if the display isn't rattling. Flexing the boards is almost certainly how this problem developed in the first place.
