First of all, it was developed for installation on the ULTI Steel case of the first revisions (with mounts for lcd 2004), later a universal version was released. For new cases originally coming with 12864, print "angle case lcd12864 universal. stl". It is attached inside with m3 screws, through regular holes from the screen mounts. Pre-cut the thread, or the screws themselves will do it when tightening. On the inside of the case, there are recesses in the centers for those who want to install additional physical buttons.
