Angle Grinder 'Height Gauge'

'Height Gauge' to use with an angle grinder. Allows you to make cuts parallel to a surface on a tube etc. Probably better suited as a concept as this may well not fit your grinder. If it has slop with the grinder, I suggest you pack the gap with some sort of shim or even temporarily hot glue the grinder onto the holder. Requires M8 threaded rod (I used 1 at 250mm) , M8 bolts (4 of), M8 nuts (5 or 6 of) M8 smooth rod (I used 3 at 250). You could substitute all of the smooth rods for threaded rod and this would make the assembly more rigid. A very useful tool. Update. Revised Grinder Holder Left and Right with more contact against rods and pockets for tension bolts to make the assembly more rigid.
