Animated Pumpkin Eyes

Animated Pumpkin Eyes

My brother started an online tutoring company and entered a pumpkin contest to spread some awareness. I saw this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ryUNHPJ3leY and decided to help him win. The design in the video was pretty simple but I couldn't find decent eyes that would work, but I had some 30mm monster doll eyes laying around. So instead of using PVC pipe I made this assembly. For every eye you'll need: 1 Eye Stalk 1 Eye Socket (You'll need supports only for the part the motor mounts) 1 9g Micro Servo (I got a 10 pack off Amazon) 1 Doll Eye (I had a 12 pack off Amazon) You'll also need an arduino, some stiff wire (I used fence wire), probably a switch, some way to power it etc, watch the original project's youtube for details. The eye gouger is to mark the pumpkin. Then you can cut out the hole and jam the gouger back in finish it off. If you're looking for a elementary school tutor, check out ClickTL.ca
