Because using my phone while riding the bike (e.g.: navigation or Pokémon Go) needs a huge amount of battery, I decided to buy an external battery pack and to design a holder for my mountain bike. It suits for the Anker PowerCore 10.000 mAh but I also added the CAD-files, so you can customize it yourself for other power packs. Dimensions for the power pack: width = 63 mm thickness = 23 mm height (until 1. LED) = 70 mm I am also using this bike mount for my Samsung Galaxy S3 where I added a small hole for the charger:http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:52901 It should perfectly fit under the stem ("Vorbau" in german !?) with a diameter of 36 mm. For assembling you will need: 4x M3 bolts with a minimum length of 15 mm 4x M3 nuts. Maybe the third hole isn't necessary, but I added it for safety reasons. The 4 LEDs which indicate the power level are still visible upon the upper edge. 26.07.2016: I printed & tested it on my bike an it fits perfectly without any kind of rubber between the 2 parts. Also the power pack has little free space. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0,1 mm Infill: 15 % How I Designed This PTC Creo 3.0
