Anker PowerCore 10.000 mAh - bike holder (+ CAD-files)

<p>Because using my phone while riding the bike (e.g.: navigation) needs a huge amount of battery, I decided to buy an external battery pack and to design a holder for my mountain bike.<br/>It suits for the Anker PowerCore 10.000 mAh but I also added the CAD-files, so you can customize it yourself for other power packs.</p><p>Dimensions for the power pack:<br/>width = 63 mm<br/>thickness = 23 mm<br/>height (until 1. LED) = 70 mm</p><p>I am also using this bike mount for my Samsung Galaxy S3 where I added a small hole for the charger:<br/><a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:52901">http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:52901</a></p><p>It should perfectly fit under the stem ("Vorbau" in german !?) with a diameter of 36 mm.</p><p>For assembling you will need:<br/>4x M3 bolts with a minimum length of 15 mm<br/>4x M3 nuts.</p><p>Maybe the third hole isn't necessary, but I added it for safety reasons.</p><p>The 4 LEDs which indicate the power level are still visible upon the upper edge.</p><p>26.07.2016: I printed &amp; tested it on my bike an it fits perfectly without any kind of rubber between the 2 parts.
