Annex Carabiner Hotend Mount

<p>This is a mount (marked yellow in images) for an <a href="https://github.com/Annex-Engineering/Annex_Engineering_PCBs/tree/master/carabiner-toolboard">Annex Engineering Carabiner</a> to mount onto a Creality (Ender 5) hotend. The mount uses mounting holes of the <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4945681">Manta MK2</a> Rear_Mounting_Plate_E5 (credit to BoothyBoothy, blue in images), as well as the lower two screw holes of the <a href="https://github.com/Annex-Engineering/Sherpa_Mini-Extruder">Sherpa Mini</a>, where longer than default screws are required. </p><p>To fix the PCB to the mount, the lower left hole takes a heat insert, while the upper right (due to clearance) takes an M3 nut - I recommend super-gluing it in place so it doesn't fall out during screwing in. </p>
