Here is my personal take on Annie from League of Legend. Polycount is 9638 triangles. Texture is 1024. During the process I used Zbrush for the blocking, 3Ds max for the UVs and some of the modeling, Substance Painter for baking and first texture pass, 3D coat for retopo and final texture painting and Photoshop for final texture polish.
