This is an Airsoft speed loader designed for six .38 rounds. Post-Printing You will need: Four 1/2" 2-56 pan head screws- get at www.mcmastercarr.com I highly recommend using a 2-56 tap One common pen spring, One .177 cal BB Begin by lightly sanding the interior of the cylinder, it it critical that the surface that rubs on the shell be very smooth. Tap the 3 outer holes in the cylinder. Tap the center rising post With the riser, place the small post into the small center hole in the cylinder in the side with the three small holes. With the cylinder on the table place the collar over the center post. Be sure the turn-stop on the collar faces up. Screw the collar to the cylinder. Place the cylinder on the table with the turn-stop closest to you. Turn the center post until the raised side is perpendicular to both the collar turn-stop and the BB seat and the raised half of the post is on the right. Cut your pen spring to approximately .6" Insert the spring into the small hole on the outer edge of the knob with the finished edge of the spring pointing out. Align the BB on the collar with the spring while placing the knob on the post. Screw the knob to the post. If you have aligned everything properly you will not be able to see the BB and you will get a satisfying "click" when turning the knob. The BB serves to keep the shells locked in place until you turn the knob. Because some shells have slightly different tolerances a little filing of the shell holding arms may be necessary.
