Another backlash reducer for Overlord / Overlord Pro

Having made and install Pawpawpaw85's backlash reducer on my printer I notice a real enhancement of the printing's quality ! But I also notice some troubles : the spring unhooked to easily, the part that lock the device at the end of the printer's arm is too big and hinder printer's moves, the support needed to print the hook for the spring is difficult to remove. So I design my own from scratch whit a minimalistic anchor to the end of the arms, an attach point that really lock the springs and no need of support between two parts of the piece. Update: Adding supports designed to avoid "conflict" with the printer's fan : use a couple of each (red on the picture). Update: Adding supports designed to complete the previous one with a better attachment to theprinter's arm (green on the picture). 2½ years later: In July 2018 a support I print in ABS by January 2016 was broking. As I keep the PLA version, I immediately reinstall it and print a new batch in ABS. Choosing a white spool to distinguish the second generation from the first one (that is black). I was confident that the second generation will print as well as the first generation... This second printing was far to be as good as the first one as you can see on the pictures. I search why: I used the same brand (eSun) but a more careful spool inspection make me notice that my white spool is labelled "ABS+" but the old black one was just labelled "ABS". By chance I had a neutral "not plus" ABS: I retry printing with this one and succeed (as you can see on the picture). Do not deduce that "ABS+" is a bad thing: it wasn't the first time I used this spool and I not notice major trouble. In fact it seem that the build plate attachment was better ! (Note on the pictures that ABS printing was done on separated rafts because large raft cause me troubles when printing in ABS. Last notes: The PLA rescue support have been rapidly destroyed (in less than a day): it was printed long ago but was almost never used... Do not keep PLA version for rescue: As you can see on the last picture, springs friction slowly abrade supports. Print Settings Printer: OverLord Pro Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.1mm Infill: 40% Notes: For printing, in Cura, I use particular settings: a "shell thickness" of 1.2mm for strength of the piece, the "support type" set to "touching buildplate" to avoid difficulty to remove it, in "Expert Settings" I lower the "Overhang angle for support (deg)" to a value as low as 37°. for the second generation, in "Expert Settings", I raise the support filling from the classical 15% to 35%
