How many pocket hole jigs are on this site? Why the hell do we need another one!? Why was I unsatisfied with (almost) any of them? Here's where measurement worlds collide. For no other reason than 'Merican stubbornness, I have been staunchly against the metric system. In fact, I was aginit. Ladies and gentlemen, 3D printing converted me (along with cooking). Why have I spent so much of my life being mad at centimetres and whatnot? Looking for a pocket hole jig has been the worst kind of hell trying to reconcile metric with SAE (and has also shown me how stupid SAE is). Of all the jigs, I really liked https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1489845/makes by Spoonless, but thingiverse is thingiverse, and the customizer was not working. So I based mine on this one but built it from scratch in TinkerCAD. Jig is simple and unadorned save for a reminder that the holes are at a 22 degree angle. No logos, no BS. 2 holes set about 1cm apart from their closest edges, the other side a single or 2cm from the closest hole.
