another mft to telescope adapter

This is a remix of the great design from nikolaus714, featuring a base plate that allows the mft mount to snap in. The disadvantage is that it moves the sensor out by another 4mm and that it uses pretty strong overhangs when printed. The scad file contains separate "modules" for the mft part and the telescope part, so that other adapters may be created from it. For the overhangs to work without support, 0.1mm layers are mandatory.
