Another parametric chainlink (for scalar xlp)

I wanted to create a chainlink cable holder for my 3D printer, but the design I found online didn't work out as planned. I tried using Thingiverse's thing:1078216, but it had issues printing properly and I couldn't navigate the code. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and design one myself. This custom holder prints with a smooth finish and meets all my needs.
