Anova Sous Vide Cooler Mount

Anova Sous Vide Cooler Mount

I wanted to have an insulated top for mounting my Anova Sous Vide while cooking larger cuts for long periods of time. I grabbed a Sketchup model of a Coleman cooler to illustrate what I mean, but using the template you could mount this in any lid. My goal is to make a custom insulated lid for one of my coolers and I will cut the mounting hole and lid profile with my CNC router. Most cooler lids are not insulated unless you start looking at more expensive coolers that charge $200 for that insulated lid benefit. So any lid I make will be better than that which came with the cooler. :) The "test print" .stl is just a thin test to see if your printer is printing to scale. I printed this first and it fit so I went on to print the full model. The template can be printed and used for cutting with hand power tools. There are .dxf and .svg files of the cutout template or those wanting to try digital machining. I printed it in PETG since it is a higher temperature food save plastic.
