ant invasion after the first big rains this year. fill the "moat" with vaseline, then prop a few of them under the edges of your pet's food bowl. working great for me. update 2/4/21: some cat kibble was falling in... last thing is we need is a food bridge for the ants. added a little "roof" lid to prevent this.
