ANT-TOWER Honeycomb base only

This is a model of an anthill to evolve as the colony grows. No need to print a cover to keep it dark as each floor covers the one below! The colony remains visible through an ingenious 90° rotation system The axis of rotation has a staircase imagined so that ants cannot be injured during rotation, even a queen thanks to a minimum "headroom" of 3mm in the "open" position. This model is a base alone for an ANT-TOWER ant farm. It has a honeycomb layout unlike the base provided in the ANT-TOWER Starter Pack which has a maze-like living area. The base has a 9mm diameter connector to connect it to either the colony delivery test tube or another Ant-tower. The connector has a latch system to hold it in the open or closed position. On this model, the latch has been redesigned to make the access completely sealed in the closed position. A slot is provided to place a 2mm thick plexi plate.
