This a antenna mount for the Racing 5 frame from AMAXinno. It is designed for the TBS Triumph Pro. It serves as a turle-fin at the same time. It's a pretty easy print. To assemble just put in the antenna and mount it on the top plate with the screws that go into the standoffs. Connect the antenna to the VTX after you put everything together.
