(Imported from thingverse) Here's my sculpt of the Anthem Ranger [V2]. My goal was to recreate a high poly version which was designed for 3D printing. It was a labor of love, and is of course based on the EA website reference materials. Note this version(2) was the first thing i ever released. There is a much better version(7) available here https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/art/anthem-ranger-javelin-and-colossus-torso There is an example section STL file (MarcLeticRangerV7_ExampleSection_viaCults3d) to help you see the difference in the models. https://youtu.be/i3J06iBTxLI All my models here CGTrader referral link https://www.cgtrader.com/marcleptic If you would like to see more, come visit me, and help me out: https://www.patreon.com/MarcLeptic If you make this, come show me, tell me if you had any issues. Contents There are 2 scale versions in the download: 1:12 is split 2 files (in 3 parts) with invisible seams at the leg armour edges. It prints faster & with less risk as 2 prints since there is less wasted support material When gluing the legs on, make sure the ranger is standing so everything is nice and level. These 2 parts can be scaled up as large as your printer will go. The model has an unnecessarily large polygon count. NOTE: The larger it is, the more gap will be present between the thighs and torso [more glue needed] At the original scale, the parts fit snugly. 1:18 has additional structure to make the feet, hands, and legs stronger (you can't see the detail anyway.) EDIT:_ for 1:18 only : Since I closed off the legs with extra structure, you can use whatever tree support branch diameter angle you want._ larger angles will make the support more sturdy. I'm going to try 5 degree right now :) Reference materials: https://www.ea.com/games/anthem/gameplay-features/ranger-javelin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rwvUjAv6pxg&t=3s
