I made this to stop the filament from pushing out of the hobbed gear for Printrbot's Aluminum Extruder that is on my Simple Metal. This has completely fixed my issue of not extruding filament early in the print, some say heat causes the filament to bend out, I think it is from the filament being coiled up.Be sure to pick the appropriate stl for mounting to the right or left sides. Instructions I printed this at .2mm with 100% fill. Simply undo the screw that holds the feed bearing on the extruder, and screw it back into place, sandwiching the Anti-Jam Guide between it and the extruder.Be sure to mirror this if the bearing screw is on the left side.
