I apologize for the strong language. This is modeled for the intent of the end user scaling it to both the size they want and to print it in multicolors using only a single nozzle. Thats why each part of the model is a diffrent stl. In cura simply right clicking and hitting "merge models" will result in the parts being line up correctly. You can then gradually make GCode for each layer and color. DO NOT SCALE VERTICALLY AND EXPECT IT TO JUST WORK EVERYTIME.
