Anti-shock Massey pin for 3D-printed Watch with Tourbillon

A minor modification (one part) to the excellent 3D-printed Watch with Tourbillon: The watch design isn't quite a full Swiss Lever escapement as there's no guard pin or safety roller. It's prone to shock and recoil, which can cause the anchor to run away, skip, and jam. Subtly changing the balance wheel pin to look more like a Massey escapement is the easiest way to eliminate these problems. Note that change this doesn't reduce the precision required to make the escapement run properly; it only eliminates jamming and skipping. The anchor palettes must still be carefully inspected and dressed during assembly for correct operation.
