Anti Z-Wobble coupling

Often it´s a problem with these flexible aluminum couplings. The holes in the original ones are often too big so that when you tighten the screws the coupling will be sligthly out of alignment and you´ll get these "Z-Wobble" lines in your print. Cheap replacement couplings won´t make this better. The expensive ones are often (as the name said) too expensive... So now you can print one that is not much bigger than the original ones but it should work much better. To assemble it you´ll need some M3 screws and nuts. Have fun to try it out And now for the german followers: Oft sind die billigen, mitgeliefetren, flexieblen Z-Achsen Kupplungen zu groß gebohrt und drücken die Z-Spindeln bei der Montage etwas aussermittig. Dann entstehen diese "Z-Wobble" Linien im Druckbild. Billige Ersatzkupplungen bringen oft keine Verbesserung und die Teuren Kupplungen sind, wie der Name schon sagt; oft zu teuer. Diese einfach zu druckende starre Kupplung kann das Problem beseitigen. Einfach ausdrucken und ausprobieren. Zum Zusammenbau werden M3 Inbusschrauben und Muttern benötigt. Viel spaß dabei.
