Cufflink design inspired from "Star Wars Cufflinks" by belch with rotating lock for easy wearing. Make any cufflink by importing your own stl motif in the OpenSCAD files. Or print the examples given. Happy New Year 2014! Instructions Printed with 2 shells and 100% infill PLA using 0.1 mm resolution on the Makerbot Replicator 2 using rafts. Rafts are good to prevent fusion of the rotating rod that locks. If tolerance is a problem (and the locking rod cannot rotate) modify the OpenSCAD file. A pair of cufflinks will typically print in less than 1 hour. The OpenSCAD files can be easily be modified to use any motif (use e.g. the heart version). The LEGO and Dice version can be printed without support. The LEGO version fits in the bottom of a standard LEGO brick The New Year 2014 versions are made in dual colour by changing filament during print using Z pause at 15 mm (including raft). The gold colored versions are painted and so is the Makebot logo. The brilliant cut stones (5 mm Zirconia) were obtained from a commercial source (http://www.mg-quartz.de/)
