Any Phone Car Dock

A Velcro car dock for use with any phone. The mount is attached to your dashboard via Velcro, and the phone is attached to the mount via Velcro on the case or phone back. This lets you use the mount with any phone, regardless of its size. The Velcro also allows you to adjust the mount once it is installed (though there are also screw holes, so you can attach it permanently if you wish). This design is heavily based off of (read: the CAD files are identical) Brandon W6's design (see project ancestry). And, or course, don't operate your phone while driving, and I'm not responsible if you do and you (or somebody else) get(s) hurt as a result. Instructions Print the Files -I printed them with 3 shells @ 25% infill on a MakerBot Replicator 2. Choose between the two bases (wide foot flange and screw flange). Assemble the mount. -I used 8x32 screws with wingnuts. Two of each is all you need. Apply Velcro to the mount and phone case. -I used black adhesive Velcro. I recommend putting the rough side on your phone case so that it won't get clogged up with dirt as easily as the soft side.
