Every part cooling duct I have tried on the 4max pro has eventually sagged down and begun catching on parts after a while of printing ABS. Not good. What all of these ducts have in common is that one side or the other is simply too close to the heater block and this leads to the duct deforming over time. I have been using the BMG carriage mod by Lisuz for some time and the Fan4v5 included in that mod has given me the best performance and longevity, but still eventually starts drooping. This mod moves the part cooling duct facing the front of the print out a bit further from the heater block and - to my semi-accurate caliper in hand measurement - may be a bit more centered on the nozzle. I have also added a bit of reinforcement to the front duct to hopefully make the deformation issue a thing of the past. I am about 30 hours of print time in with this duct and so far so good. Print in ABS.
