Anycubic Chiron Ultimate Z Axis stabilizer / reinforcement kit

IF YOU DON'T SEE IMAGES, it's a Thingiverse bug :( Hello all, Here are my optimisation design for my new Anycubic Chiron Z axis, I love this printer, but because of the size, the Z axis need to be stabilized, there was some other designs for this, but no one of them care about the total print height, and at some point the Z axis carriage will collide with them. I fixed this problem :) No more Z wobble on tall prints No more Z axis bearing annoying sound (but you will use them) No collision problem at all Designed to accept the LCD screen, don't need to move them I created this complete kit, you will need to buy this : -two M10 threaded rod (you can cut them to the perfect lenght of 760mm) -8 M10 nuts -at least 6 "boat nut" with screws (you know the thing to maintain on a 2020 profile) -some washers You can see in pictures the print quality after the upgrade You can print up to the maximum Chiron height withou any collisions Only 2 rods are largly enought VERY IMPORTANT : READ THE PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS: -I have oriented the parts in the most optimal direction, DO NOT TURN THEM in the slicer, print them as they are with supports -Print all with at least 5 wall lines, and 75% infill in ZigZag mode, or it will be useless because too weak! -When you will assemble all together, be careful to not twist the 2020/4020 rods while inserting or you can break the parts and start again all ! -All parts and hole was ultra tight (only 0.2mm clearance in total), this needed because we need rigidity, if not, this system is useless -I recommend to use at least 2 boat nuts in the lower parts, one up one down (more are better, you can use up to 8) -Use Support even inside, but don't forget to remove supports in the littles holes if you don't want useless supports Please like if you download and think to post your made one I really want to see other people prints too :) And one more thing to ask guys, If you really love my works, please feel free to like my page, it help me a LOT :https://www.facebook.com/Zoltan3D/ BIG THANKS
