Anycubic Delta Kossel Plus (comprehensive modification 2022)

My project for a comprehensive modification of the printer. Part #1 - The extruder and the bottom of the printer. I present my version of the direct extruder for Anycubic Delta Plus based on OMG V2s. This project is under development, but there is already a working version. 1) Extruder (Delta_effector_4010_v4). Print with ABS plastic, 2 walls, layer 0.2. Optimized for nozzle 0.6, but you can also use 0.4. For thermal protection, I recommend sticking aluminum foil. The head is designed for mounting aluminum holders with a distance between rods of 50mm. To fix the E3D V6 radiator, you additionally need to print three parts (delta_effector_v4_top_element). 2) Fan duct (Any_effector_fan_duct) (experimental) Print with ABS plastic, 2 walls, layer 0.1. Optimized for nozzle 0.4. 3) Carriage. The carriage is designed for traction with a distance of 50 mm, aluminum holder. Supplemented with a flag for optical endstop. Print with ABS, PETG plastic, 2 walls, layer 0.1. It consists of two parts, the main carriage (Carrage_50mm_w_optic_sense) and a plug (Carrage_50mm_w_optic_sense_cap) for a high-quality fit to the guide rail. 4) Foot. (Any_Kossel_Delta_foot) Print with TPU plastic, 4 walls (0.6 nozzle) or 6 walls (0.4 nozzle) without upper and lower surfaces (0 layers cover, 0 layers bottom). Filling about 10-14% honeycomb. 5) Bottom cover. (Any_dno_v2_v4) The bottom cover consists of 3 identical elements. It is desirable to print PETG, border, 4 walls (0.6 nozzle) or 6 walls (0.4 nozzle), without upper and lower surfaces (0 layers cover, 0 layers bottom). Filling 14% honeycomb. To be continued...
