Anycubic i3 Mega Extruder Fan holder MkII for heat creep prevention

This is a rework of the original design that is less in the way when working with the printer. See the original for resoning and motivation. This might have impact on the heat distribution on the hot bed because the fan does move air over the hotbed. I have not had problems with PLA or TPU prints so far, even larger prints.
