Mod reduce step motor temperature and what is more importand cooling filament inside extruder. There are two versions. One with 5015 fan and another with typical 50x10 fan. Both reduces heat very good. For bots fans there is same base. Both part are printed separately, without support and then You can connect them with superglue or Acrifix 192 policarbonate/PCV glue that is perfect to connect printed parts. The only problem is to get 12V close to the extruder. I choosed to get it from main signal cable that goes from PSU to hotend. I cut 1x2mm part of isolation from two cables. Which one this is marked on photos. But you can use external power source if You dont want mess with this tiny cables.
