Anycubic i3 mega fan duct for Sunon radial fan

Made this part to use the Sunon fan (Sunon Radial Fan 50x50x15mm MF50151VX-A99) for part cooling while mounting it in the original Anycubic fanbox. Mounting requires a second hole to be drilled right next to the bottom one to fit the different screw distance of the Sunon fan instead of the original Boosfan - the fan outlet should then sit well aligned with the bottom of the fanbox but slightly lower than in the original printed fanbox, so this fan duct is not as tall as the original one to compensate for that. The walls inside the air tunnel are mainly used to avoid supports - prints fine with both PLA and PETG unless the slicing tries to print the first layer in parallel to the long side (in Cura simply rotate the model until the first layer covering the canals is printed either diagonally or across) Pictures show different versions with smaller air canal cross section (v6 printed in gray). Difference between v6 and v7 is the added 1mm air canal height to the right side as this side gets less air than the left, v8 adds another 3-4mm. UPDATE: After a the fan duct slipped out of the fan during a print and messed everything up pretty badly a few days ago, I designed a bulkier version that attaches to the fan mounting screws - see the remix of this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3917495 Note: you will probably have to either drastically limit the fan speed or run PID autotune after replacing the fan and installing this duct, as this combination cools the nozzle more than the heater can compensate for with the default PID values. Otherwise the actual nozzle temperature will be much lower than selected (I've seen differences of more than 20°C without tuning the PID values) which can also cause the printer to abort the print with a heater error.
