Changes: * uses 5015 blower for cooling * front of the enclosure stays "as is" * bltouch friendly :) I found the hotend overhaul by Icarus and I liked the design. I loathe those cooling nozzle designs which are circular. I find that they tend to get in the way of nozzle visibility ;) However, I didn't like the fact that the original design would shield the hotend and didn't allow for the bltouch inside the case. Not enough space. So I remixed the original design. You do NOT need to remove the metal top plate for the hotend, nor move the cables. All you have to do is print two of the bolt remix's, and use those to secure the backend and cooling fan. The added bonus is that the fan at the back is the 5015 style of blower. It's held in place only by the top screw mount at the moment. Another thing is that the screws securing the top piece of the cooler main onto the belt clips can (and should) be trimmed. Grab your trusty cutters and trim it down. I had to chop off a few mm's, but, it all largely depends on the screws you use to fasten the belt clips into place onto the belt. Enough space is provided on the belt clips to go over any of the cable ties used to fasten the belt.
