Yet another take on part cooling fan improvement for the i3 Mega S. This design uses the existing fan and carriage and allows for cooling from both sides. I performed a bit of CFD to help ensure airflow doesn't hit the nozzle, as much as possible. Doing a PID tune with your hotend heated to your preferred temperature and the fan at 70% should go a long way to dial everything in while using this fan duct. General performance for part cooling seems to perform well.

I recommend printing this in PC, or some other temperature resistant filament. Recommend using a 0.45mm wall thickness, Two perimeters, especially in PC, is sufficient. Internal structures are present to allow for successful bridging, and therefore no support should be required and you should not need any supports for overhangs as well.

You will need 2 M2.5 bolts that are a bit longer than the old ones. I used 2 M2.5x20 with washers and nuts. The holes are sized a bit over, so you will need nuts on the back side.
