Anycubic i3 mega (S/X) Hotend Fan box

Deutsch: Mir hat das Originale Extruder Gehäuse am Anycubic i3 mega s nicht gefallen. Der Bauteillüfter hat mich auch gestört, weil er nur von einer Seite kühlt. Deshalb habe ich nach einer alternative gesucht habe aber nichts gefunden was mir gefallen hat. Also habe ich mir ein eigenes Gehäuse konstruiert. Mein Gehäuse ist genauso breit wie das originale aber 5mm länger und höher, der Endschalter der X-Achse muss nicht versetzt werden. Es passt auf alle Anycubic i3 mega varianten und wird mit den selben schrauben wie das Original befestigt. Mit einer M3 schraube kann ein Gewinde in die 2,5mm löcher geschnitten werden. Der „Boden“ wird mit Sekundenkleber von unten an das „Gehaeuse“ geklebt. Der „Boden“ und „Gehaeuse“ können aus PLA gedruckt werden, für die „Duese“ würde ich PETG oder ABS empfehlen weil es da doch sehr warm wird. Alle Teile können ohne Support gedruckt werden das „Gehaeuse“ muss dafür gedreht werden. Benötigtes Zubehör: 1x 40mm Lüfter (wenn ein leiserer verbaut werden soll empfehle ich Noctua) 1x 50mm Radiallüfter 6x Lüfterschrauben 1x 40mm Lüftergitter Falls jemand Ideen zur Verbesserung hat freue ich mich immer über einen Kommentar oder eine Nachricht. The parts cooler also bothered me because it only cools from one side. That's why I looked for an alternative but didn't find anything I liked. So I designed my own housing. My housing is just as wide as the original but 5mm longer and higher, the limit switch of the X-axis does not have to be moved. It fits on all Anycubic i3 mega variants and the original screws can be used. A thread can be cut into the 2.5mm holes with an M3 screw. The "Boden" is glued to the "Gehaeuse" from below with superglue. The "Boden" and "Gehaeuse" can be printed from PLA, for the "Duese" I would recommend PETG or ABS because it gets very warm. All parts can be printed without support the "Gehaeuse" must be rotated for this.
