I printed 8.2mm x 11.4mm x 0.75mm washers (id x od x width) Works for standard 200mm spools down to 16 mm spools. For spools with different sides, like the ones from bq. You will need two adapters. the one provided is for spools from bq (diameters: 175mm, 162mm).
