I began with the Thingiverse model at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3085299. Using TinkerCAD, I relocated the screwdriver and tweezers, removed a screwdriver hole, created three additional holes for my pin-nosed pliers, then incorporated a round bar for my dial indicator.
